Biography

Manuele La Puca is an Italian composer and arranger who combines a solid classical training with a strong sensitivity for contemporary writing. A graduate with honors in Composition and Film Music from the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, and a graduate with top marks (110 e lode, the highest honors in the Italian system) in Composition from the "L. Refice" Conservatory in Frosinone, he has built a professional path that crosses genres and contexts: from pop and rock music to sacred writing, from screen scoring to record production.

Between 2014 and 2020, he wrote, arranged, and produced music as a composer for Cassandra Produzioni, publishing over twenty works with ISBN codes. He scored the orchestration for a track for the New York-based production company Last Minute Films, and his music has been broadcast on Italian national radio and performed live on Rai Radio 3. He also composed the soundtrack for the short film Chiacchierià, which earned him a credit on IMDb, alongside opening themes for television programs, advertising scores, and various productions for musical theatre.

Alongside composing, he maintains an active teaching and editorial practice: he has taught Film Music, Counterpoint, and Orchestration at the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome since 2017, and works as a score editor for Lumi Edizioni Musicali, curating chamber music repertoire. In 2026, he founded The Grace Gospel Choir, a vocal ensemble he directs and for which he composes and arranges the entire repertoire.

A versatile composer, equally at home moving between orchestral writing, music production, and artistic direction, Manuele La Puca brings the same care to a sacred mass for choir and strings as he does to a television theme or a song written for today's audience.
